Terms of service

These are being finalised. Torinagi is not charging anyone and is not moving real money yet, so there is nothing here you are currently bound by. Reviewed terms will be published before the first account is billed. Until then, write to info@torinagi.com with anything you need in writing and you will get a straight answer.

What is true today

The service is a sandbox. It moves test money only — real balances are not switched on. Anything you create can be deleted, and no charge is raised for anything.

What will not change

These are properties of how the software is built rather than promises we could quietly drop, so they are worth stating now:

• We never hold your keys and take custody of nothing. There is no code path in which we could.
• Every refusal is recorded with its reason. If an agent was stopped, you can find out why, and so can anyone you have to answer to.
• Limits are enforced, not advisory. An agent cannot exceed what you granted it, including by asking twice.
