1. Acceptance of terms
By using torinagi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
torinagi provides anime metadata, recommendations, and deep links to third-party streaming services. torinagi does not host video, does not stream content, and is not affiliated with any streaming service it surfaces unless explicitly noted.
3. Account registration and AniList sync
Accounts are created via AniList OAuth. You authorise torinagi to read your AniList profile and list for sync.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
The creator tier is $1/month via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
See the acceptable use policy, incorporated by reference.
6. User-generated content
You retain ownership of reviews and lists you create and grant torinagi a licence to display them.
7. Intellectual property
torinagi's marks and editorial content are torinagi's. Partner trademarks remain their owners'.
8. Disclaimer of third-party services
torinagi is not responsible for third-party streaming services, their availability, pricing, or content.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify torinagi against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.
13. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration, with a carve-out for small-claims court.
14. Changes to terms
We will post material changes here with an updated date.
